West Street Halloween Party Our West Street day service in Congleton put on a ghoulishly great Halloween Party for users of the day service last week. Halloween fun and games were had by all and the team certainly dressed up for the occasion! The West Street team would like to say a massive thank-you to the Cherubs and Imps Day Nursery and Pam Goldson for making Halloween cakes for the party. West Street offers a secure and friendly environment for adults with care needs, giving unpaid carers the chance to have a break from their care role in the knowledge their loved one is in safe hands.
