Carer Links Herefordshire Our Carer Links services are focused on identifying and supporting unpaid carers. Carer Links offers practical and emotional support to unpaid carers, helping people to protect their health and wellbeing and understand their caring role. Our workers provide a listening ear and can link carers into services and support. Carer Links can help carers: to think about their own needs and plan action for change link with other services and support to help carers improve their health and wellbeing, including 1:1 support, information, advice, advocacy and signposting with applications for attendance allowance, carers allowance and blue badges Am I a carer? A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support.
