TuVida has secured contracts to deliver vital services for unpaid carers in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan - expanding on our services for carers in Wales.

The Vale Unpaid Carers Hub will act as a one-stop-shop for unpaid carers living in The Vale of Glamorgan. The service will offers practical and emotional support to unpaid carers, helping people to protect their health and wellbeing and understand their caring role. Our workers provide a listening ear and can link carers into services and support in the local area.

Young Carers in Schools will work in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan to provide schools with the tools and resources to support young carers and reduce negative impacts, giving them the same access to education and future life chances as their peers.

Carer Friendly aims to improve, share and recognise support for unpaid carers in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. We will provide Carer Friendly training and workshops to services, professionals and organisations working in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
