Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make.

Keep up to date with what we’re up to

We have loads of great things going on through Carers Week including:

• Officially launching our Carer Links Herefordshire service on Mon 9 June at the Kindle Centre in Hereford.
• Our Wirral Short Breaks for Disabled Children team will be at a special Commitment to Carers Conference on Weds 11 June at the Floral Pavilion, New Brighton.
• Our Bridgend Carers Wellbeing service are hosting outreach sessions across Bridgend through the week, with a special carers breakfast on Saturday 14 June.
• Our Vale Carers Hub team will be delivering carers packs to GP surgeries in the area and hosting a coffee morning for carers.
• A special weekend away for both carers and the person they care for in West Sussex.
• Pizza evening for young adult carers in Nottinghamshire and the City of Nottingham through our Young Carers Notts service.
